a) Choose either a product or a service based organisation and write a concise rationale as to why it would be appropriate to launch the product or service into this new market (10%)
b) Based upon the chosen product or service, undertake a market audit and competitor analysis of the country you are proposing to enter (30%)
c) Devise an appropriate international marketing plan and strategy for your chosen product or service based organisation. The plan should include a detailed discussion on the relevant areas of the international marketing mix and a comprehensive justification on your recommended method of entry/operations (50%)

2500 word report
– Your report should include a ONE page brief summary of the country analysis conducted in the group presentation.
– The rationale for the product/service based organisaion should be no longer than ONE page.
– Your chosen product or service based company may not be currently involved in marketing its products internationally. It can be a large or small multinational, global or multi-regional company. It can be a company of any nationality you wish and that you are already familiar with or interested in and SHOULD be one where you can find appropriate data.
– You should discuss the name of the organisation and sector of activity which you will base the report
